Mercado Corona's Taco Cart Catering is a fun, stress free way to host your next event. All meat is prepared on site and is accompanied by all the taco fixings, rice, beans and your choice of two beverages (Horchata, Jamaica, Tamarindo or Pineapple Juice). All you do is provide the place and we'll bring all the fun of a Mexican Fiesta to you!

What You Do:
  • Pick your date & time.
  • Choose up to four meats for your party - Carne Asada (beef), Chicken, Al Pastor (pork) or Chorizo.
  • Choose your two beverages (Horchata, Jamaica, Tamarindo, Pineapple). Want any extras? Check our list of additional foods and beverages offered.
  • RELAX-Have fun and leave the work up to us!

What We Do:
  • We will arrive one hour prior to the time you have requested to set up the taco cart and begin cooking. Taco fixings include onions, cilantro, red & green salsa, pico de gallo, limes and radishes. We provide plain white plates, napkins, utensils and cups.
  • We will provide two hours of service to you and your guests. If you need additional hours, let us know and depending on availability we will do our best to serve you.
  • Complete clean up of taco cart station by Mercado Corona. All food not consumed will be arranged for you and your guests to continue enjoying for the remainder of your gathering.
